For those who wish to relieve muscle tension and pain, restore vitality, relieve stress, address inflammation or work on their structural integrity and posture.

Remedial Massage Therapy is a clinical form of massage that aims to assess, treat, and manage soft tissue dysfunctions, muscle pain, and physical imbalances in the body.
It is both therapeutic and rehabilitative, supporting recovery from injury, chronic tension, and inflammation to enhance overall function.
Techniques include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage,
dry needling, cupping, joint mobility, ART, PRT + more.

For those who wish to explore their chronic or re- occurring ‘stuck- ness’, alleviate emotional stress and promote a deep sense of relaxation.

This signature holistic treatment is bodywork for the soul. It incorporates mind/ body approaches including Somatic Therapy, breathwork and affirmations, alongside deep fascial work to restore energetic imbalances and a sense of interconnectedness.
Down regulating the nervous system, softening the body, quietening the mind and harnessing intuition is at the core of this treatment, so you can feel safe and at home in your body. Conversation is often integrated into the session, helping to understand muscular and emotional patterns, pain and other physiological reactions that are used for one to express themselves, which helps to facilitate a self- regulation process.

For those who wish to address digestive issues, abdominal surgery scarring, women’s health issues, trauma, or circulatory issues related to joints in the hips, legs and feet.

This treatment is typically used for postpartum care and may be helpful for many women's health issues including inflammation, adhesions, scarring, PCOS, period pain, PMS, endometriosis, hormonal imbalances, amenorrhea, infertility, vaginitis, bladder infections, miscarriages and trauma. It incorporates Maya Abdominal Massage and aims to restore natural balance by bringing the uterus and abdominal aorta to their centre, with focused release of the diaphragm and psoas major.

This treatment is not suitable for women within five days before their menstrual phase.

Abdominal Space

For those seeking traditional 1:1 talk therapy via a more holistic, psychotherapeutic lens.

Integration sessions are used to support individuals process, make sense of, and embody insights from intense or transformative experiences. Integration helps people in bridging the gap between insight and lasting change, especially after major shifts such as significant loss or change, trauma work, psychedelic experiences or spiritual awakenings.

Counselling sessions are used to support people in navigating life difficulties (e.g. grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, chronic pain or health issues), understand and shift unhelpful patterns of thought or behaviour, and build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth.

For those seeking mentorship or guidance in the holistic health space.

Mentoring is for individuals wanting to step into holistic healthcare but are unsure where to start or what to do with their unique offerings. The mentorship is aimed at guiding individuals to leverage their existing knowledge, learn their niche and gifts, and break through any limiting beliefs that may be keeping them stuck.
